With more than four decades of experience, Dr. Gordon Loke has achieved wonders and broken barriers in Sabah’s property market.
From humble beginnings working as a site manager, he took a leap of faith in 1984 when he decided to establish his own company.
Under the leadership of Dr. Gordon, KTI has transformed the industry. He was the first developer in Sabah to obtain the Industrialised Building System (IBS) License in Sabah. Using the revolutionary IBS method, Dr. Gordon successfully completed Phases 1, 2 and 3 of Taman La Gloxinia Garden.
Today, KTI’s completed projects have surpassed the RM2 billion mark. With his wealth of experience, Dr. Gordon seeks to take KTI to greater heights by building more state-of-the-art projects.
