KOTA KINABALU: The inaugural Heart of Luyang Golf Tournament has attracted some 160 participants who vied for the hole-in-one grand prize of a residential unit at The Logg.
Organiser KTI Sdn Bhd said the event was also an opportunity for the developer to thank purchasers of its Parkhill apartments at The Logg that sold out within months after its launch.
As for non-golfers who attended the event, they were treated to a preview of The Logg’s Shorea N Astoria executive suites. “Positive response to the luxury concept, design and location of The Logg, and in particular the layout of the Shorea suite, saw an encouraging take-up during the two-day preview,” said KTI in a statement, Saturday. “Buyers were also introduced to Maybank’s HouzKey scheme made available through KTI which offers 100 per cent financing and zero interest payment during the construction period.”
KTI projects director Wilson Loke was also present at the preview to answer questions and brief potential buyers on the initiatives taken by KTI to design and build The Logg. With particular reference to the on-going basement works on site, Wilson stressed that making the entire project earthquake resistant by suspending it on a solid slab foundation takes time but is crucial to ensure the safety of its residents.
“We took the extra initiative in applying this measure to ensure the longevity of The Logg by preventing soil erosion, and therefore, doing right by our buyers so that they are assured of their decision and feel safe when in their new homes,” says Wilson.
He further said, the completion of The Logg will signal a new era in luxury urban living in the City with stunning architecture, thoughtful inclusion of open and shared spaces designed to enhance the quality of life, and a high standard of service.
“The concierge service available at the Shorea n Astoria is among its most notable features with every need taken care of from moving in to deliveries, housekeeping, laundry, and even event organising. Residents are assured of a level of professional service that makes living at The Logg a pleasure and a privilege,” he said.
