Kota Kinabalu, 8 May 2026 – KTI Group (KTI Landmark Berhad) has placed Sabah on the international property map after its signature integrated mixed-use development, The Logg, earned prestigious five-star wins at The International property Awards Asia Pacific 2026-2027 for Best Mixed Use Architecture Malaysia and Best Mixed Use Development Malaysia.
In addition to its double win, The Logg has also been nominated for Best Mixed Use Development representing the Asia Pacific under the International Property Awards, placing KTI Group alongside some of the region’s most distinguished developers.

Widely regarded as one of property industry’s most respected accolades, the International Property Awards celebrates excellence in architecture, development, design and real estate across the Asia Pacific region. Receiving five-star recognition in both categories represents the highest level of achievement within the national award tier.
Beyond achievement itself, the recognition reflects the growing strength and maturity of Malaysia’s property and construction industry on the international stage, while highlighting Sabah’s increasing capability’s in delivering developments that meet global standards.
