The Logg is the culmination of over 35 years of experience in the development and construction industry and is KTI’s first foray into prime mixed development.

The company’s rise through the ranks from its humble beginnings in 1984 to an industry leader and innovator of style and design is a remarkable testament of its professionally diverse and committed management team that constantly thrives to attain excellence in every project.

KTI’s pioneering spirit led to the conceptualisation of The Logg which will bring about a complete transformation of an area that has been a long-standing eyesore of abandoned houses in one of the most affluent and dynamic neighborhoods in the city’s suburbs.

A top-notch team of local project consultants as well as advisors and agents were engaged to create a new vision of lifestyle living that will not only complement but enhance Luyang’s reputation as a much sought-after residential and commercial address.

One of the most outstanding features of The Logg is its landscape designed by renown landscape architect firm, SD2 Landscape Architecture helmed by its internationally-acclaimed director Sek San who successfully infused nature into every corner of the property from its stunning grand entrance to airy shopping boulevard and tranquil spaces dedicated to rest and relaxation.

The result is a seamless transition from living spaces to recreation, retail and business centres that are well-equipped to provide all the amenities and convenience you need at your doorstep.

The Logg comprises of two 28-storey towers named Shorea n Astonia rising above Level 12 of the podium and consisting of 438 executive suites ranging from 1,180sq ft to 1,313sq feet, each designed to meet the highest luxury standards of a discerning owner.

The third residential tower, Parkhill, consists of 250 units of 1- and 3-bedroom apartments covering a floor area of 620sq ft and 850sq ft. Ample parking space with up to 1,400 parking bays is located at the basement level and levels 3-11 of the podium block.

On the commercial front, KTI has engaged the retail market research firm of Savill Malaysia to optimise the retail space at The Logg with top local and international brands to meet customers’ expectations for an exclusive shopping experience.

The boulevard-styled shopping mall will have 40 shops spread outover a spacious floor area, giving shoppers the ease and comfort to browse, shop and dine at leisure while four levels of purpose-built offices will offer opportunities for business.

The facilities deck is a combination of pure relaxation with an infinity pool and garden to soothe the senses, and a badminton hall and gym for a more energetic workout.

A jogging track within the podium offers the perfect opportunity to walk, jog or run to energise or wind down after a long day.

KTI has also partnered with Minor Hotel Group International to operate Avani Luyang, a purpose-built 400-room, 4-star hotel designed to meet international hotel standards and set a new benchmark for the hospitality industry in the Luyang area.
